Transparent Commission Scheme
If working out your commission each month is harder than breaking the enigma code, you’ll find our bonus scheme a breeze by comparison. For permanent billing consultants it's designed to pay between 25% to 35% of fees as a total comp based on your level of billings, with a higher ratchet of 40%, and it resets every quarter.

Sabbatical Scheme
After 3 years at Bruin you can request an unpaid sabbatical of up to 3 months. If you decide not to take your sabbatical at this point, you can take up to 6 months when you have been with us for 5 years - and you’ll be on full pay for half of it!
Holidays
As well as 25 days as standard, everyone gets their birthday off and has a 4pm finish on Fridays. We also offer paid leave for volunteering or CSR activities and you can purchase up to 3 days extra holiday on top of your annual allowance.

Support for Working Parents
